fix(relationships): address galaxy review regressions

Bundle relationship worker entries for packaged builds.

Refresh and surface galaxy task failures, clean detached Pixi layers, cap focused neighborhoods, merge owner nodes across platforms, apply manual friend overrides, and track owner group activity.
