diguaandCursor 640d16c6ec feat(node-runtime): extract merger orchestration to @openchatlab/node-runtime ...

Move merge orchestration (data source reading, conflict checking,
ChatLab output assembly, JSONL serialization) to shared package with
abstract MergerDataSource interface. Electron merger becomes thin adapter
wrapping TempDbReader and handling file I/O.
