Jason 2afe8cdbef refactor(omp): rename the internal app id from ohmypi to omp
Match the binary name, the Apps page tool id and the i18n keys that
already used omp. The app is unreleased, so nothing persisted needs a
migration; ohmypi stays accepted as an alias when parsing app ids.
Show the app by default like Pi and Kimi Code.

JackieJKandallenxu09 c8945d2d91 feat(omp): add Oh My Pi support
Squashed from #6747 (head 50c3cec1d) onto current main: providers in
models.yml, MCP in mcp.json, Skills, sessions, app visibility and
directory override for Oh My Pi. Conflicts with the Kimi Code refresh
refactor in App.tsx and the locale files were resolved by keeping both
sides and routing Oh My Pi through refreshAdditiveLiveState.

funkpopo e4873bc8aa feat(kimi): add Kimi Code support (#8687)
Add Kimi Code as the 12th managed app (additive mode): native multi-provider config in ~/.kimi-code/config.toml (honors KIMI_CODE_HOME), presets derived from the Pi catalog, MCP (stdio/HTTP/SSE), Skills with native-directory protection, global prompts, session browsing/resume, and session-log usage import. Local routing and aggregation do not apply; official OAuth stays managed by Kimi Code. Schema v21 -> v22 adds enabled_kimi columns.

OwlbayandLystranG d455dd8572 feat(mcp): sync MCP servers to Pi 1.0's built-in MCP (#7862)
Pi 1.0 ships built-in MCP with a user-level <Pi agent dir>/mcp.json in the
same mcpServers shape as Claude and MiniMax Code. Manage Pi as an MCP app
instead of hard-coding it as unsupported.

- Writes replace only the connection fields (command, args, env, cwd, url,
headers, type); Pi's own fields (enabled, timeout, description, exposure,
toolExposure, oauth, auth) are kept as Pi wrote them.
- Unticking Pi marks the entry enabled: false instead of deleting it, so
ticking it again restores Pi's settings; a missing entry is rebuilt from
the Pi fields saved at import. Deleting the server in CC Switch removes
  the entry.
- Refuse what Pi refuses: the SSE transport, names outside [A-Za-z0-9_-],
and names that collide once - and _ are folded. The file and database
  are left untouched on refusal.
- Like MiniMax Code, write the file first and commit the database after,
restoring the file if the commit fails; a full resync never deletes
same-name entries CC Switch does not manage.
- Import maps streamable-http to http, leaves enabled: false entries
unticked, and skips same-name entries whose connection differs.
- Schema v19 -> v20 adds mcp_servers.enabled_pi (default 0), so upgrading
writes nothing to Pi until a server is ticked.

Jason 0e6430abdb feat(codex): switch Codex by replacing only key fields
Switching, adding, editing, sync, universal providers and entering or
leaving local routing now write Codex through the write engine. Only
routing, credential, model, reasoning, context-window and compatibility
fields are replaced; MCP servers, [projects], comments and the user's own
provider tables stay byte-for-byte. auth.json, config.toml, the model
catalog, the managed-account marker and a device-local login stash commit
as one operation, so a crash at any point rolls forward on startup.

- Third-party routes are always written as [model_providers.custom] with
the key in experimental_bearer_token. Rows that use another id, a
top-level openai_base_url or a legacy reserved table are normalized on
the way out. Switching to an official card leaves a dormant custom table
(local proxy address plus placeholder credential) so older third-party
  sessions can still resume.
- requires_openai_auth follows the route's auth and whether a login is on
disk; keyring and ephemeral credential stores are handled separately.
- A switch is refused before anything is written when the active profile
overrides the route, the selected table is missing or built in, a
keyless row would fall back to the official login, or the row has no
  auth.
- Provider tables an older version wrote are removed only when they can
be proven to be CC Switch's. Tables a profile references are kept, and
reserved ids that cannot be proven are renamed.
- Provider-exclusive fields, including web_search and a row's own
model_catalog_json, are removed on the way out only when live still
  holds the previous provider's value.
- No more backfill. A native ChatGPT login that CC Switch deletes or
overwrites is kept in ~/.cc-switch/codex-login-stash.json (0600, not
synced) and restored when switching back to an official card; logging
out on an official card discards it. Login snapshots already in
official rows seed the stash once. A leftover API key in auth.json is
deleted only when it matches a third-party row's key.
- Managed accounts fetch their token before taking the lock. If the CLI
refreshes the login during a switch, the switch stops before writing
anything. Once files are published, a later failure no longer rolls the
row back; startup finishes the switch.
- Local routing: third-party routes get a fixed local-proxy table and the
official route uses cc-switch-official plus the client's own login. The
contract covers every field written, so a route switch with the same
  contract touches no files.
- The Codex editor shows what config.toml will look like after switching.
On save, key fields go to the row and other edits go to live as global
settings with a three-way check. Row fields that never reach live are
listed read-only and can be copied.
- The Codex common-config snippet is frozen like Claude's; its UI and the
TOML snippet command are removed. New Codex rows keep
commonConfigEnabled: true for older versions that sync them.
- The write engine can delete a file as part of an operation.
- Integration-test mutexes tolerate poisoning so one failure no longer
  cascades into unrelated tests.

Jason 2185498e88 fix: stop shared config and live files from leaking provider settings
Common config snippet (Claude Code):
- Treat custom request headers (`*_CUSTOM_HEADERS`, `HEADERS`) and any
key containing COOKIE or AUTHORIZATION as credentials. Header names in
  general stay shareable (CLAUDE_CODE_ATTRIBUTION_HEADER,
  OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS).
- Never share key fields: all ANTHROPIC_* settings, the protocol
  selectors (CLAUDE_CODE_USE_BEDROCK/VERTEX/...), AWS_* and Vertex
  regions, and top-level model/apiKeyHelper/fallbackModel. Switching
from Bedrock to the official provider no longer keeps Claude Code on
Bedrock, and a /model choice no longer follows every switch.
- Entries an existing snippet already shared are stripped from the
current provider's row on its next switch-away, so they cannot get
stuck in the wrong provider. A provider carrying AWS or Google
credentials keeps that family's selectors and regions.

Live files holding keys are now written owner-only (0600): Codex
auth.json and config.toml, Claude Code settings.json and Grok Build
config.toml. New files used to follow the umask (0644).

Presets:
- E-FlowCode and PIPELLM no longer ship personal preferences; Codex
  E-FlowCode drops `personality`.
- AWS Bedrock (API Key) stores the key in env.AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK,
  which Claude Code reads. The key field and the proxy read it too;
existing rows with a top-level apiKey keep working and are edited in
  place.
- A preset scan keeps preference keys out of Claude and Codex presets.

Remove dead code only reached from tests: ProxyService::start_with_takeover
and its helpers, and the ConfigService sync_current_providers_to_live
family.

Behavior changes: ANTHROPIC_* settings such as ANTHROPIC_LOG are no
longer shared; a Bedrock or Vertex provider whose selectors only lived in
the shared snippet may need them re-entered once.

SaladDay 06082e189d feat: add MiniMax Code harness support (#7383)
Add MiniMax Code (mcode) as a managed application: provider and model management through the native custom_provider configuration, MCP servers, Skills, global instructions (AGENTS.md), read-only local session history with resume, and usage import from the native runtime database. Native files shared by the TUI and desktop are written under the native lock with rollback when the database commit fails, unrelated native configuration is preserved, and the data directory honors MINIMAX_DATA_DIR and MAVIS_DATA_DIR. Deleting sessions stays in the native application because they are coupled to runtime state.

Jason 8b1ce764f1 fix(mcp): fail closed when Codex config.toml is unparseable during MCP sync
sync_single_server_to_codex silently fell back to an empty DocumentMut
when the existing config.toml failed to parse, then wrote the whole file
back -- wiping every other section (model, model_providers, comments)
and leaving only the single synced [mcp_servers.<id>] entry. Introduced
by 3a548152, which fixed the removal path but left the destructive
fallback on the sync path.

Now the sync path returns an McpValidation error and leaves the file
untouched, matching the fail-closed behavior of the read/validate path.

Jason 60a9b330e5 Refactor Codex live-write routing and cover default auth overwrite
Collapse the two duplicated write_codex_live_atomic branches in
write_codex_live_for_provider into a single should_write_auth guard.
This is behavior-preserving: `if A {X} else if B {X} else {Y}` becomes
`if A || B {X} else {Y}`.

Adapt the Codex switch tests to the new opt-in default for
preserve_codex_official_auth_on_switch (flipped off in 3f59ab37):
add an enable_codex_official_auth_preservation() test helper for the
cases that assert the auth-preserving path, and tag the official login
provider with category="official" so it routes through the official
branch rather than relying on the global preservation flag.

Add a regression test locking the default (preservation off) behavior:
switching to a third-party provider rewrites auth.json with the new
API key and discards the existing ChatGPT OAuth login. This is the
dual of the existing preserve-and-backfill test, which only covered
the opt-in path.

Jason 95f2dd4126 feat(codex): preserve OAuth login state during third-party provider switching
Codex provider switches now only write config.toml for third-party providers,
injecting the API key as experimental_bearer_token. The user's auth.json
(ChatGPT OAuth tokens) is preserved. Official providers with login material
still write auth.json normally. Backfill restores bearer tokens into stored
provider auth.OPENAI_API_KEY to maintain canonical shape.

Jason 279b9eabde test: align stale tests with merged Codex preset and bucket changes
CI on main was red because two tests did not follow intentional changes
that were already merged into the codebase:

- codexChatProviderPresets.test.ts still expected the "Kimi For Coding"
preset, which was removed in 16c3ef3f. Drop the corresponding entry
  from the expected presets map.
- import_export_sync.rs still asserted the legacy per-provider
model_provider id ("rightcode"), but 9fac15b8 unified Codex
third-party providers into the stable "custom" history bucket. Mirror
the assertion update already applied to provider_service.rs.

No production code changed; both fixes only update test expectations.

SaladDayandJason a1e6c3b65d 修复 Codex 切换供应商后历史记录变化 (#2349)
* Keep Codex history stable across provider switches

* Restore template Codex provider id when backfilling live config

Backfill writes the current Codex live config back to the previous
provider's stored template after a switch. Because the live file now
carries a normalized stable model_provider id, the previous provider's
template would lose its own provider-specific id (and any matching
[profiles.*] references) on every subsequent switch.

Reverse the normalization at backfill time by rewriting model_provider,
the active model_providers section, and matching profile references back
to the template's original id.

Jason 81af0a57f9 feat: add Hermes Agent as 6th supported app type (Phase 1)
Register AppType::Hermes across the entire Rust backend:
- Add Hermes variant to AppType enum with additive mode and MCP support
- Add hermes field to McpApps, SkillApps, CommonConfigSnippets, and all
per-app structs (McpRoot, PromptRoot, VisibleApps, AppSettings)
- Create minimal hermes_config.rs with get_hermes_dir() respecting
settings override, matching the pattern of other app config modules
- Update all match arms in commands, services, deeplink, proxy, mcp,
  session_manager, and test files
- Extract shared build_additive_app_settings() to eliminate duplication
between OpenClaw and Hermes deep link handling
- Combine identical OpenClaw/Hermes proxy match arms into unified arms

Jason 859f413756 revert: restore full config overwrite + Common Config Snippet (revert 992dda5c)
Revert the partial key-field merging refactoring introduced in 992dda5c,
along with two dependent commits (24fa8a18, 87604b18) that referenced
the now-removed ClaudeQuickToggles component.

The whitelist-based partial merge approach had critical issues:
- Non-whitelisted custom fields were lost during provider switching
- Backfill permanently stripped non-key fields from the database
- Whitelist required constant maintenance to track upstream changes

This restores the proven "full config overwrite + Common Config Snippet"
architecture where each provider stores its complete configuration and
shared settings are managed via a separate snippet mechanism.

Reverted commits:
- 24fa8a18: context-aware JSON editor hint + hide quick toggles
- 87604b18: hide ClaudeQuickToggles when creating
- 992dda5c: partial key-field merging refactoring

Restored:
- Full config snapshot write (write_live_snapshot) for Claude/Codex/Gemini
- Full config backfill (settings_config = live_config)
- Common Config Snippet UI and backend commands
- 6 frontend components/hooks for common config editing
- configApi barrel export and DB snippet methods

Removed:
- ClaudeQuickToggles component
- write_live_partial / backfill_key_fields / patch_claude_live
- All KEY_FIELDS constants

Jason Young 992dda5c5c refactor(provider): switch from full config overwrite to partial key-field merging (#1098)
* refactor(provider): switch from full config overwrite to partial key-field merging

Replace the provider switching mechanism for Claude/Codex/Gemini from
full settings_config overwrite to partial key-field replacement, preserving
user's non-provider settings (plugins, MCP, permissions, etc.) across switches.

- Add write_live_partial() with per-app implementations for Claude (JSON env
merge), Codex (auth replace + TOML partial merge), and Gemini (env merge)
- Add backfill_key_fields() to extract only provider-specific fields when
saving live config back to provider entries
- Update switch_normal, sync_current_to_live, add, update to use partial merge
- Remove common config snippet feature for Claude/Codex/Gemini (no longer
needed with partial merging); preserve OMO common config
- Delete 6 frontend files (3 components + 3 hooks), clean up 11 modified files
- Remove backend extract_common_config_* methods, 3 Tauri commands,
CommonConfigSnippets struct, and related migration code
- Update integration tests to validate key-field-only backfill behavior

* refactor(cleanup): remove dead code and redundant MCP sync after partial-merge refactor

- Remove ConfigService legacy full-overwrite sync methods (~150 lines)
- Remove redundant McpService::sync_all_enabled from switch_normal
- Switch proxy fallback recovery from write_live_snapshot to write_live_partial
- Remove dead ProviderService::write_gemini_live wrapper
- Update tests to reflect partial-merge behavior (MCP preserved, not re-synced)

* feat(claude): add Quick Toggles for common Claude Code preferences

Add checkbox toggles for hideAttribution, alwaysThinking, and
enableTeammates that write directly to the live settings file via
RFC 7396 JSON Merge Patch. Mirror changes to the form editor using
form.watch for reactive updates.

* fix(provider): add missing key fields to partial-merge constants

Add provider-specific fields verified against official docs to prevent
key residue or loss during provider switching:

- Claude: CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL (env), model (top-level)
- Codex: review_model, plan_mode_reasoning_effort
- Gemini: GOOGLE_API_KEY (official alternative to GEMINI_API_KEY)

* fix(provider): expand partial-merge key fields for Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry and behavior settings

Add missing env/top-level fields to CLAUDE_KEY_ENV_FIELDS and
CLAUDE_KEY_TOP_LEVEL so that provider switching correctly replaces
(and clears) credentials and flags for AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI,
Microsoft Foundry, and provider behavior overrides like max output
tokens and prompt caching.

* feat(provider): add auth field selector for Claude providers (AUTH_TOKEN / API_KEY)

Allow users to choose between ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
when creating or editing custom Claude providers, persisted in meta.apiKeyField.

* refactor(preset): remove AiHubMix hardcoded API_KEY in favor of generic auth selector

AiHubMix was the only preset that hardcoded ANTHROPIC_API_KEY before the
generic auth field selector was introduced. Now that users can freely
choose between AUTH_TOKEN and API_KEY via the UI, remove the special-case
and default AiHubMix to the standard ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN.

Jason 7ea2c3452b feat(opencode): complete Phase 4 - MCP sync module
Add mcp/opencode.rs with format conversion between CC Switch and OpenCode:
- stdio ↔ local type conversion
- command+args ↔ command array format
- env ↔ environment field mapping
- sse/http ↔ remote type conversion

Public API:
- sync_enabled_to_opencode: Batch sync all enabled servers
- sync_single_server_to_opencode: Sync individual server
- remove_server_from_opencode: Remove from live config
- import_from_opencode: Import servers from OpenCode config

Also fix test files to include new opencode field in McpApps struct.
All 4 unit tests pass for format conversion.

Jason a8fd1f0dd2 fix(mcp): skip sync when target CLI app is not installed
Add guard functions to check if Claude/Codex/Gemini CLI has been
initialized before attempting to sync MCP configurations. This prevents
creating unwanted config files in directories that don't exist.

- Claude: check ~/.claude dir OR ~/.claude.json file exists
- Codex: check ~/.codex dir exists
- Gemini: check ~/.gemini dir exists

When the target app is not installed, sync operations now silently
succeed without writing any files, allowing users to manage MCP servers
for apps they actually use without side effects on others.

Jason 2c90ae3509 refactor(provider): use local settings for current provider selection
Complete the device-level settings separation for cloud sync support.

Backend changes:
- Modify switch() to update both local settings and database is_current
- Modify current() to read from local settings first, fallback to database
- Rename sync_current_from_db() to sync_current_to_live()
- Update tray menu to read current provider from local settings

Frontend changes:
- Update Settings interface: remove legacy fields (customEndpoints*, security)
- Add currentProviderClaude/Codex/Gemini fields
- Update settings schema accordingly

Test fixes:
- Update Gemini security tests to check ~/.gemini/settings.json
instead of ~/.cc-switch/settings.json (security field was never
  stored in CC Switch settings)

This ensures each device maintains its own current provider selection
independently when database is synced across devices.

Jason 67aa275599 test: migrate tests to SQLite database architecture
This commit refactors all tests to work with the new database-based
architecture, replacing the previous JSON config approach.

Key changes:
- Add Database export to lib.rs for test access
- Create test helper functions in support.rs:
  - create_test_state(): Creates empty test state with fresh DB
  - create_test_state_with_config(): Migrates JSON config to DB
- Fix environment isolation in provider_service tests:
  - provider_service_switch_missing_provider_returns_error
  - provider_service_switch_codex_missing_auth_returns_error
- Replace ignored export tests with working alternatives:
  - export_sql_writes_to_target_path (tests Database::export_sql)
  - export_sql_returns_error_for_invalid_path (tests error handling)
- Update error type matching to align with current implementation

All tests now:
- Use isolated test environments (test_mutex + reset_test_fs)
- Access data via Database API instead of RwLock<MultiAppConfig>
- Work with SQLite persistence layer
- Pass without environment pollution or race conditions

Fixes test compilation errors after database migration.

Jason 67bd8f5c11 fix(mcp): correct Codex MCP configuration format to [mcp_servers]
BREAKING CHANGE: The [mcp.servers] format was completely incorrect and not
any official Codex format. The only correct format is [mcp_servers] at the
top level of config.toml.

Changes:
- Remove incorrect [mcp.servers] nested table support
- Always use [mcp_servers] top-level table (official Codex format)
- Auto-migrate and cleanup erroneous [mcp.servers] entries on write
- Preserve error-tolerant import for migrating old incorrect configs
- Simplify sync logic by removing format selection branches (~60 lines)
- Update all documentation and tests to reflect correct format
- Add warning logs when detecting and cleaning incorrect format

Backend (Rust):
- mcp.rs: Simplify sync_enabled_to_codex by removing Target enum
- mcp.rs: sync_single_server_to_codex now always uses [mcp_servers]
- mcp.rs: remove_server_from_codex cleans both locations
- mcp.rs: Update import_from_codex comments to clarify format status
- tests: Rename test to sync_enabled_to_codex_migrates_erroneous_*
- tests: Update assertions to verify migration behavior

Frontend (TypeScript):
- tomlUtils.ts: Prioritize [mcp_servers] format in parsing
- tomlUtils.ts: Update error messages to guide correct format

Documentation:
- README.md: Correct MCP format reference to [mcp_servers]
- CLAUDE.md: Add comprehensive format specification with examples

All 79 tests pass. This ensures backward compatibility while enforcing
the correct Codex official standard going forward.

Jason 08f480ec94 refactor(mcp): preserve TOML formatting when syncing to Codex
Switch from `toml` to `toml_edit` crate for incremental TOML editing,
preserving user-written comments, whitespace, and key ordering in
Codex config.toml.

Changes:
- Add toml_edit 0.22 dependency for preserving-style TOML editing
- Refactor sync_enabled_to_codex() to use toml_edit::DocumentMut API
- Implement smart style detection: inherit existing mcp.servers or
mcp_servers style, with fallback to sensible defaults
- Add deduplication logic to prevent both styles coexisting
- Add tests for format preservation and style inheritance
- Fix unused_mut and nonminimal_bool compiler warnings
- Apply cargo fmt to all modified files

Benefits:
- User comments and formatting are no longer lost during sync
- Respects user's preferred TOML structure (nested vs toplevel)
- Non-MCP fields in config.toml remain untouched
- Minimal surprise principle: only modifies necessary sections

Testing:
- All 47 tests passing (unit + integration)
- Clippy clean (0 warnings, 0 errors)
- Release build successful
- New tests verify comment preservation and style detection

JasonandClaude Code 88a952023f refactor(backend): extract config and speedtest services (phase 4)
This commit continues the backend refactoring initiative by extracting
configuration management and API speedtest logic into dedicated service
layers, completing phase 4 of the architectural improvement plan.

## Changes

### New Service Layers
- **ConfigService** (`services/config.rs`): Consolidates all config
import/export, backup management, and live sync operations
  - `create_backup()`: Creates timestamped backups with auto-cleanup
  - `export_config_to_path()`: Exports config to specified path
  - `load_config_for_import()`: Loads and validates imported config
  - `import_config_from_path()`: Full import with state update
  - `sync_current_providers_to_live()`: Syncs current providers to live files
  - Private helpers for Claude/Codex-specific sync logic

- **SpeedtestService** (`services/speedtest.rs`): Encapsulates endpoint
latency testing with proper validation and error handling
  - `test_endpoints()`: Tests multiple URLs concurrently
  - URL validation now unified in service layer
  - Includes 3 unit tests for edge cases (empty list, invalid URLs, timeout clamping)

### Command Layer Refactoring
- Move all import/export commands to `commands/import_export.rs`
- Commands become thin wrappers: parse params → call service → return JSON
- Maintain `spawn_blocking` for I/O operations (phase 5 optimization)
- Lock acquisition happens after I/O completes (minimize contention)

### File Organization
- Delete: `import_export.rs`, `speedtest.rs` (root-level modules)
- Create: `commands/import_export.rs`, `services/config.rs`, `services/speedtest.rs`
- Update: Module declarations in `lib.rs`, `commands/mod.rs`, `services/mod.rs`

### Test Updates
- Update 20 integration tests in `import_export_sync.rs` to use `ConfigService` APIs
- All existing test cases pass without modification to test logic
- Add 3 new unit tests for `SpeedtestService`:
  - `sanitize_timeout_clamps_values`: Boundary value testing
  - `test_endpoints_handles_empty_list`: Empty input handling
  - `test_endpoints_reports_invalid_url`: Invalid URL error reporting

## Benefits

1. **Improved Testability**: Service methods are `pub fn`, easily callable
   from tests without Tauri runtime
2. **Better Separation of Concerns**: Business logic isolated from
   command/transport layer
3. **Enhanced Maintainability**: Related operations grouped in cohesive
   service structs
4. **Consistent Error Handling**: Services return `Result<T, AppError>`,
   commands convert to `Result<T, String>`
5. **Performance**: I/O operations run in `spawn_blocking`, locks released
   before file operations

## Testing

- ✅ All 43 tests passing (7 unit + 36 integration)
- ✅ `cargo fmt --check` passes
- ✅ `cargo clippy -- -D warnings` passes (zero warnings)

Jason 7b1a68ee4e refactor(backend): phase 5 - optimize concurrency with RwLock and async IO
Replace Mutex with RwLock for AppState.config to enable concurrent reads,
improving performance for tray menu building and query operations that
previously blocked each other unnecessarily.

Key changes:
- Migrate AppState.config from Mutex<MultiAppConfig> to RwLock<MultiAppConfig>
- Distinguish read-only operations (read()) from mutations (write()) across
all command handlers and service layers
- Offload blocking file I/O in import/export commands to spawn_blocking threads,
minimizing lock hold time and preventing main thread blocking
- Extract load_config_for_import() to separate I/O logic from state updates
- Update all integration tests to use RwLock semantics

Performance impact:
- Concurrent reads: Multiple threads can now query config simultaneously
(tray menu, provider list, MCP config)
- Reduced contention: Write locks only acquired during actual mutations
- Non-blocking I/O: Config import/export no longer freezes UI thread

All existing tests pass with new locking semantics.

- Extract internal functions in commands/mcp.rs and commands/provider.rs
to enable unit testing without Tauri context
- Add test hooks: set_mcp_enabled_test_hook, import_mcp_from_claude_test_hook,
  import_mcp_from_codex_test_hook, import_default_config_test_hook
- Migrate error types from String to AppError for precise error matching in tests
- Extend ProviderService with delete() method to unify Codex/Claude cleanup logic
- Add comprehensive test coverage:
  - tests/mcp_commands.rs: command-level tests for MCP operations
  - tests/provider_service.rs: service-level tests for switch/delete operations
- Run cargo fmt to fix formatting issues (EOF newlines)
- Update BACKEND_REFACTOR_PLAN.md to mark phase 3 complete
