Four POSIX-only tests (never compiled on the Windows toolchain) asserted the old fail-open behavior that the ownership-proof change replaced: - uninstall_plan_supports_npm_anchor: the inst() helper sets real to the bin shim path, which has no lib/node_modules segment; give the test a canonicalized package target like enumerate would produce, and add a negative mise-standalone case locking the fail-closed contract. - codex_runnable_uses_plain_npm_not_self_heal: same, point real at the in-package canonical target. - codex_homebrew_formula_uses_brew_not_self_update and codex_broken_homebrew_formula_uses_brew_not_npm_repair asserted that any Cellar/codex path upgrades via `brew upgrade codex`, but codex ships no Homebrew formula (cask only). Convert them to the Caskroom layout (`brew upgrade --cask codex`), and add a negative test for the unknown-Cellar fail-closed contract.
