The white rounded-square tile baked into icon.icns in v4.0.15 reads too bright in the Dock, especially in dark mode. Recolor the tile to #e8e8e8 while keeping the tile geometry and the artwork pixels unchanged: the artwork coverage of each pixel is solved from the white-tile icon itself, and only the exposed tile area is moved from white to grey, so edges keep their original anti-aliasing at every size in the iconset. Windows (.ico) and Linux (PNG) icons stay transparent. Refs #8495
