Jason f5a4bdc977 fix(proxy): keep holding late-argument calls until a non-delta event arrives

When several function calls emit empty end events before their delayed
argument deltas, the first delta used to flush every held event, sending
the other calls on without arguments. Argument deltas from any call (held
or not) are now forwarded without releasing anything; held end events are
filled in and released together on the next non-delta event.
