Railgun 42ac174dbc feat(claude-desktop): support 3P configuration on Linux (#7331) ...

Add Claude Desktop 3P configuration support on Linux. Resolve the config root from an absolute XDG_CONFIG_HOME, falling back to ~/.config; when CC Switch itself runs as a Flatpak, use the host ~/.config instead of the sandbox-private XDG_CONFIG_HOME. Update the en/zh/ja user manuals with Linux paths and the Flatpak boundary.
