- Integrate useModelState hook for managing ANTHROPIC_MODEL and ANTHROPIC_SMALL_FAST_MODEL
- Add two model input fields in responsive grid layout
- Only show for non-official Claude providers
- Include helper text explaining optional nature
- Bidirectional sync between inputs and JSON config
