Jason 7cc3141cae style(providers): mark additive default providers in blue ...

The default provider in OpenCode, OpenClaw, Hermes and Kimi used a gray
card and dot. Use the same blue as an in-use switch-mode card instead,
and drop the now-unused neutral card tone.
