Jason b9e9620265 chore(presets): remove ETok sponsor slot and presets ...

Drop the ETok.ai entry from the four-language README sponsor table and
remove its presets from all nine apps along with the partnerPromotion.etok
copy. The etok icon stays in the icon index so existing user providers
that reference it keep rendering.
