Jason cae7c37540 chore(presets): remove EveryAPI sponsor and presets ...

Drop EveryAPI from the four README sponsor tables along with its banner,
remove its presets from the seven apps that carried them and its partner
promotion copy. The everyapi icon stays in the icon index because
providers users already added still reference it.
