Jason 913a3bf23e docs(readme): refresh stale facts across all four READMEs and add a tagline and quick nav

- Add Pi (10 managed apps), scope tray/MCP/Skills per app, document additive apps
- Fix "signature bypass" wording (Hide AI Attribution), common-config FAQ labels,
  official-login/restart FAQs, and first-launch auto-import note
- Correct Linux requirements (glibc 2.35 + WebKitGTK 4.1) and release asset names
- Update dev env (Node 20.19+/22.12+, pnpm 10, Rust 1.95), drop broken coverage cmd
- Point release notes to v3.20.4 and SSSAiCode to sssaicodeapi.com
- JA: replace the stale unsigned-macOS instructions; fix Chinese FAQ anchors in
  SUPPORT.md and issue templates
