Jason dcf49cc094 fix(tauri): correct bundle.targets schema to array ...

- Replace per-OS map with array: ["app","dmg","nsis","appimage"].

- Align with Tauri v2 config; resolves schema validation error.

- Keeps Windows portable ("app") target enabled.
