Jason ef071c1148 docs(usage): correct the Grok access token lifetime in the module doc ...

The access token lasts about six hours, not seven days, and the Grok CLI
renews it from the stored refresh_token on its next run. The module doc
now matches the refresh-pending handling from add36d6df.
