Jason ef24a01912 test(codex): skip the thread version SQLite fixture on WSL temp dirs ...

The test added in dc93c4962 builds an on-disk SQLite fixture in a temp
dir. The WSL2 nightly points TEMP at a \\wsl.localhost 9P share, where
Windows cannot take SQLite locks, so creating the table failed with
"database is locked" on every retry. Guard it with
sqlite_unsupported_in_temp_dir() like the other SQLite fixture tests.
