zhayujieandcowagent e518e552d3 fix: keep direct HTTPS only and move the deployment guide to the docs ...

Drop the forwarded-header middleware (nothing in the console reads the
rewritten scheme/host/IP) and web_external_url (mcp_oauth_redirect_base
already covers the OAuth callback). Skip HTTPS under the desktop shell,
which loads the console over plain http. Document nginx and direct HTTPS
in the en/zh/ja web channel pages, including the upload size limit.
