Add deepseek-flash (DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, natively multimodal) and make it the global default across config templates, provider recommended lists, startup scripts and docs. Recognize it for thinking mode / reasoning_effort, the large context+output window, and native vision; keep deepseek-v4-flash / -pro for backward compatibility.
