Published announcements reach all clients. Editing or republishing makes them unread again.
Daily activity counts controllers that successfully joined a remote session, including connections continuing past midnight. Merely being online does not count.
PC and mobile controllers count once per device per day. Web controllers count once per temporary ID; a new ID in the same browser can count again. These are client counts, not unique people.
Disconnecting does not remove daily activity. Unavailable history is shown as —; collection-day totals are partial. Today and yesterday are retained.

Query, export and clean device records
Query one device and its controller identity. Export a database summary or clean offline records after verifying the requester's authority.
Use an opaque case reference, not a name, email, password or verification evidence. For C- identities, enter the original device ID.
| Device ID | State | Last seen | Client |
|---|
Exports exclude passwords, hashes, other devices' identifiers, legacy location fields, runtime subscriptions, logs and backups. Cleanups remove related database rows and current in-memory subscriptions; logs, backups and client-local data need separate handling.
