test: add comprehensive tests for mutual actions (talk, spar, impart) (#73)
- Talk: 31% -> 98% coverage
- Spar: 49% -> 100% coverage
- Impart: 37% -> 95% coverage
- Add 30 new test cases
- Overall coverage: 58.64% -> 60% (meets CI threshold)
Testing strategy: Mock LLM calls via call_llm_with_task_name
