rename: rebrand "Local Proxy Takeover" to "Local Routing" in all locales
Replace all user-facing references to "本地代理接管/Local Proxy/Takeover" with "本地路由/Local Routing/ローカルルーティング" across zh/en/ja to eliminate naming confusion with the separate "Global Proxy" feature. Only i18n string values are changed; keys, code identifiers, and database schema remain untouched.
