docs(flatpak): pass bundle flags to Tauri (#8132)

Browse Source 
Remove the extra argument separator so --bundles deb is parsed by the Tauri CLI instead of forwarded to Cargo. Parsed the same CLI flag on the local macOS runner; a Linux deb build is platform-specific and will run in PR CI.
