Codex Desktop writes long threads as paginated rollouts. Once a page
fills up, the thread continues in rollout-<time>-<threadId>_<pageId>.jsonl
and the first page stops growing. The rollout index only keyed files by
the trailing UUID, so parent lookup for a subagent or branch forked after
the page turn found only the frozen first page and the child was deferred
forever with "parent rollout has not reached the child fork time".
Register continuation pages under the leading thread UUID as well, and
merge all pages of the parent thread in filename order before checking the
fork cutoff. Copies of the same rollout (sessions/ and archived_sessions/)
must still agree up to the cutoff, every copy must reach the cutoff, and a
missing-timestamp flag on any copy is kept.
