- Add tray minimize and macOS Dock visibility management
- Improve Settings UI with scrollable layout and save icon
- Fix layout shifts and provider toggle consistency
- Remove unnecessary OpenAI auth requirement
- Update Windows MSI installer to target per-user LocalAppData
