existing watch for the file or directory specified in
<code class="parameter">pathname</code>.

Using <span class="function"><strong>inotify_add_watch()</strong></span> on a watched object replaces
the existing watch. Using the <strong><code>IN_MASK_ADD</code></strong> constant
adds (OR) events to the existing watch.
