DynFixed对象支持IDL固定值的操作。因为IDL没有可以表示任意数字和任意比例的固定类型的通用类型，所以操作使用IDL字符串类型。

    设定DynFixed的值。 val字符串必须包含与用于IDL定点文字的格式相同的固定字符串常量。但是，尾随d或D是可选的。如果val可以表示为DynFixed而不损失精度，则返回值为true。如果val具有比可以在DynFixed中表示的更多的小数位数，则小数位数将被截断，返回值为false。
