fix(mysql): 改用 caching_sha2_password 消除 MY-013360 警告

mysql_native_password 在 MySQL 8.1 已废弃，每次连接都会刷出 deprecation
警告；Connector/J 8.x 原生支持 caching_sha2_password，可直接切换。
